Hotels
The number of electric vehicles is rapidly increasing, and customers arriving at hotels with electric cars will want to leave their cars at the charging station and have them fully charged by the morning. Hotels can charge both parking and charging fees from their customers. As the number of electric vehicles grows, hotels without charging stations will become less preferred.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Since parking lots prefer electric vehicle charging units due to hosting a large number of cars and long-term parking, it is essential to have a large number of units. Many charging units may be required for vehicles that occupy parking spaces for an extended period. It may be necessary to charge 40-50 vehicles simultaneously. Low-power but numerous charging units are preferred to avoid affecting the building's electrical system with this load.
Drivers are not interested in quickly charging and continuing their journey as soon as they come to the parking lot charging station.
Fast charging will be realized with high-speed charging stations placed on the roads.
Additionally, with the legal requirement introduced, according to the Parking Regulation published in the Official Gazette dated 22/2/2018 and numbered 30340, the 4th article's "5th" paragraph states: "In new regional and general parking lots and shopping mall parking lots, at least 10% of the parking space, according to the relevant standards, must be arranged for electric vehicles (including charging units). In shopping malls larger than thirty thousand square meters, at least one of the installed charging units must have fast charging capacity, and in shopping malls larger than seventy thousand square meters, at least two must have fast charging capacity. Authorities may decide to increase the number of electric vehicle parking spaces according to demand."
You can jointly operate a self-owned charging unit with Sharz by making agreements with other commercial areas outside your parking area.
