Ayşe Ece Şengönül, General Manager of EVS and Sharz.net Project Coordinator, speaking on the matter, said, "Like shared ATMs, we aim to facilitate the lives of electric vehicle owners by pioneering the opening of shared charging stations of brands we collaborate with and provide installation support, allowing electric vehicle owners to easily use all stations across a network of over 1000 stations. We are eliminating an important problem for electric vehicle owners. Today's 60,000 electric vehicle count is preparing for the future as it will easily reach 150,000 this year."
Sharz, which recently announced new investment plans, has undertaken an important project to popularize the use of electric vehicles. Companies obtaining charging station network operation licenses require advanced software to operate charging units centrally and manage payment systems with their customers. Together with the community named "Charging Club," EVS, the charging operator company of Sharz.net, brings together 27 charging network operating companies by providing software and infrastructure support, now enabling consumers to use over 1000 charging stations simultaneously.
Over 1000 stations, like shared ATMs, can be used with the preferred operator's mobile application
Ayşe Ece Şengönül, General Coordinator of Sharz.net, stated, "We want to facilitate the lives of electric vehicle owners by bringing together a large charging network community without a central or overarching structure, similar to the shared ATM concept. Today's 60,000 electric vehicle count is preparing for the new year to easily reach 150,000, so we are already making preparations. Thus, consumers with electric vehicles can use over 1000 charging stations with the mobile application of their preferred charging operator, eliminating the need for many memberships or usage cards."
Ignoring competition as a technology company.
Şengönül stated that they have positioned Sharz.net not just as a charging network operator but now as a technology company, saying, "Our goal is to make our country a prominent player on the world stage and facilitate the lives of electric vehicle owners. In line with these goals, we are preventing investment from going abroad by sharing our infrastructure, charging, and MASTERPASS payment software with all operators, setting competition aside in the industry."
For the past 4 years, Şengönül stated they have been providing infrastructure support for Doğuş Otomotiv's Porsche charging stations, adding, "Our solution partnerships include major energy companies such as Aksa Enerji, Aydem Enerji, Yaşar Holding DESA Enerji, Kayseri Hünnat Enerji, Eksim Holding Dicle Enerji, as well as Migros subsidiary MIGGO, TUVTürk, and Doğuş Otomotiv with D-Charge."
Currently, the companies supported by EVS include: Doğuş Otomotiv (D-Charge), Türk Telekom-TT Venture (4E Charge), Bor Holding (Estasyon), Aydem Enerji (Otowatt), Aksa Enerji (Aksa Charge), Eksim Holding (Otopriz), Hunnat Enerji (K-Charge), Yaşar Holding (Desa Charge), (TÜVTürk Charge), Migros (MIGGO), Power Elektronik (Power Charge), Elaris Charge, Forsel Charge, Fox Enerji, Fortis Enerji, Kontrolmatik Charge, RS Charge, GWESI Charge, ChargeStop, Incharge, Enerjik, Aos Teknoloji (AOS Charge), Er Elektronik (GelDol Charge), Öztürk Holding (OVolt), Cyprus (In-charge), Azerbaijan (Baku Taxi Charge), and SOIL Charge."
