EVS Electric Vehicle Systems Inc. provides service to electric vehicle owners in Turkey with more than 300 Sharz-branded electric vehicle charging stations, and to reach a broader audience, it has shared technological innovations with its business partners.

EVS, while opening its developed charging technologies to charging station operators investing in this sector, has established the "Charging Club" formation with a total of 27 companies, including major firms, enabling these charging operators to share their stations for joint use.

Recently, Sharz announced new investment plans and undertook an important project to popularize the use of electric vehicles. Charging network operating license holders need advanced software to manage the operation of charging units from a central point and handle customer and payment systems. Through the "Charging Club" community, which provides software and infrastructure support, EVS’s charging operator Sharz.net now enables consumers to use over 1000 charging stations simultaneously.

Just like a shared ATM, over 1000 stations can be accessed through the customer's preferred operator's mobile app.

Sharz.net General Coordinator Ayşe Ece Şengönül stated that they are working to make Turkey a significant player in electric vehicles, saying, "By bringing together a large charging network community without a central or overarching structure, we aim to make life easier for electric vehicle owners with a shared ATM approach. With the number of electric vehicles expected to reach 150,000 comfortably in the new year from the current 60,000, we are preparing in advance. This way, consumers with electric vehicles can use over 1000 charging stations through their preferred charging operator’s mobile app, eliminating the need for multiple memberships or usage cards."

As a technology company, we overlook competition.

Şengönül mentioned that they have repositioned Sharz.net as a technology company rather than just a charging network operator. "Our goal is to make our country a global player and to simplify the lives of electric vehicle owners. In line with these goals, we are setting aside competition in the industry by sharing our infrastructure, charging, and MASTERPASS partnership payment software with all operators, preventing the investment from moving abroad." She also mentioned that they have been providing infrastructure support for Porsche charging stations of Doğuş Otomotiv for 4 years. "In addition to major energy companies such as Aksa Energy, Aydem Energy, Yaşar Holding DESA Energy, Kayseri Hünnat Energy, and Eksim Holding Dicle Energy, we also have partnerships with Migros subsidiary MIGGO, TÜVTürk, and Doğuş Otomotiv's D-Charging. Currently, the companies supported by EVS include: Doğuş Otomotiv (D-Charging), Türk Telekom-TT Venture (4E Charging), Bor Holding (Estasyon), Aydem Energy (Otowatt), Aksa Energy (Aksa Charging), Eksim Holding (Otopriz), Hunnat Energy (K-Charging), Yaşar Holding (Desa Charging), TÜVTürk Charging, Migros (MIGGO), Power Electronics (Power Charging), Elaris Charging, Forsel Charging, Fox Energy, Fortis Energy, Kontrolmatik Charging, RS Charging, GWESI Charging, ChargingStop, Incharge, Enerjik, Aos Teknoloji (AOS Charging), Er Electronics (GelDol Charging), Öztürk Holding (OVolt), Cyprus (In-charge), Azerbaijan (Baku Taxi Charging), SOIL Charging," she added.
